Human Resources and Labor Relations professional, having held Management and Board positions in multinational companies such as: Solvay, Rhodia, Saint-Gobain, Carborundum and American Hoist, with over 40 years of experience.
He held director positions in Unions of the Abrasives Industry and currently in the Union of Chemical Industries of the State of São Paulo, as well as in Commerce and Industry Associations.
Member of GRUCA – Campinas Human Resources Group, for 23 years, having been President in the 2004 management. Elected HR Professional this year.
Founding member of DEASA – Informal Salary Administration Group in the region of Campinas.
Member of the Labor Relations Committee of ABIT- Associação Brasileira da Indústria Têxtil and of the Labor Relations Committee of SINDITEXTIL-Sindicato das Indústrias Têxteis do Estado de São Paulo.
Member of CEAG-10 – Studies and Advisory Committee of FIESP Group-10.
Currently acting as a Business Consultant and Advisor on general Human Resources issues and in particular Labor Relations.
International Experience acquired through interaction in many face-to-face meetings over the course of 11 years, interacting with Employer Institutions and Professional Unions, in countries such as France, Belgium, Germany, England, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, USA, China, Chile, Argentina and Venezuela. Participation in the Global Deal meeting at the French Ministry of Labor.
